The effects on this pendant come about from the raku firing technique, which involves taking the pendant from the kiln whilst it’s still glowing red and putting it into combustibles, burning it for a short time, and then covering it to starve the atmosphere of oxygen.
The pendant comes in a gift box for safe keeping and is 4.5 cm from the top of the fitting to the bottom of the pendant.
